Our goal was to create a visualization of something that is known and break it down to its most simplistic form in order to show relationships of space that may exist but aren't initially seen.
The purpose of this visualization is to experiment with a combination of 3D and 2D visual forms. Our study area is from Pierce County at Tacoma down to Mount Rainier, combining both low and high elevation areas as well as variable land classifications.
The goal of this is to take typically unknown, unobserved information, and challenge ourselves to represent it in a spatial way.
